25ml Passini
50ml Pineapple Juice
12.5ml Vanilla Syrup
12.5ml Lemon juice
Shot of Prosecco

Combine ingredients in an ice filled shaker. Give it a good shake. Slowly strain into a Martini glass. Serve with a shot of Prosecco. Enjoy!
